I’m Nicola Griffiths - a breathwork facilitator, creative practitioner and founder of Grown Ass Women Collective.
I create breath-led spaces for women of colour, particularly Black women, to pause, reconnect and be met with care.
Through group gatherings, 1:1 Breath Tending and creative practice, the work offers a place to slow down, listen inward and return to yourself beneath the demands of everyday life.
My practice sits at the intersection of breathwork, social practice and collective care.
I cultivate spaces that include intimate 1:1 Breath Tending sessions, monthly community circles, organisational collaborations, participatory artworks and freely shared resources.
The form may change, but the intention remains the same: to slow down, pay attention and return to relationship with yourself, with others and the world around you.
